Assist Move purchases homes as-is for cash, allowing seniors to move forward into care without waiting on a traditional real estate sale. There are no repairs, showings, or extended timelines.

 

This service is designed for situations where care decisions are time-sensitive and a home must be sold before a transition into assisted living, memory care, or another care setting can occur.

 

Seniors do not need to wait for the home to be cleared, sold traditionally, or fully transitioned before moving into care. Once the home is purchased and funds are available, seniors can move directly into the care setting they need. Contents, estate or garage sales, and the remaining transition steps can be addressed afterward—once the senior is safe, settled, and receiving care.
